Los Perros is a two-minute walk and ideal for those looking to learn to surf. We can arrange surfboard rentals, surf guiding, or surf lessons to help you get the most out of your time here. You can take a boat or a car to a half dozen other amazing surf breaks - all located less than 30 minutes from the house.

Located in the high-end gated community of Hacienda Iguana Golf and Beach Club, where a world of activities awaits. A challenging and never-crowded 9-hole golf course is on the property, and horseback riding on the beach out front is easily arranged. There is a community beach club, pickleball courts, and a choice of restaurants featuring local and organic fare. The house is stocked with yoga mats, blocks, and weights if you want to work out at home on any of the house terraces. Yoga lessons, massages, and private training can be arranged in the villa or on the beach. We can also organize car or boat trips to take you off the property to explore all that Nicaragua has to offer or rent bikes or ATVs to help you explore the trails nearby.
